Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Investment Fund Manager to lead this newly formed technology investment venture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in venture capital, growth equity, or technology-focused private equity—paired with proven fundraising experience and a passion for scaling innovative companies. This role blends strategic leadership, deal execution, and portfolio management in one of the most exciting segments of fintech and emerging tech.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Fund Structuring

• Lead capital-raising efforts with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic LPs.
• Structure investment vehicles and communicate the fund’s value proposition to stakeholders.

Investment Strategy & Deal Sourcing

• Define and execute an investment thesis targeting transformative technologies in fintech, SaaS, infrastructure, and commerce enablement.
• Source, evaluate, and conduct due diligence on early- to growth-stage opportunities.

Portfolio Management

• Oversee capital deployment, risk management, and performance optimization.
• Partner with portfolio companies to accelerate growth, leveraging the broader fintech network and resources.

Operations & Governance

• Implement governance structures, performance reporting, and compliance protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations to ensure operational excellence.

Market Intelligence & Networking

• Stay ahead of trends in payments, fintech, AI, and embedded finance.
• Build relationships with founders, co-investors, accelerators, and industry leaders.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or asset management, with a strong technology focus.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and investor relations.
• Deep knowledge of fintech, payments, SaaS, and emerging tech ecosystems.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and deal structuring expertise.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials preferred.
