Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Core Requirements:
- Experience:

Analyst: 0–1.5 years in M&A, investment banking (IBD), Big 4 TS, or corporate finance (internships included).

Associate: 2–4 years in active deal roles (sell-side/buy-side, valuation, due diligence).

Education: Outstanding academic record in finance, economics, or related fields (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comparables).
- Fluency in German and English (written/spoken).
2. Preferred Backgrounds:

Junior Candidates: Top-tier IBD analysts, Big 4 TS, or strategy consulting (M&A projects).

Associates: M&A boutiques, PE portfolio ops, or corporate development teams.

Sector Knowledge: Industrials, TMT, or healthcare is a plus.

Role Highlights:
