Director / Managing Director – Mid-Market M&A (SaaS & Tech-Enabled Services)

The firm is known for its deep sector expertise and strong track record in advising founders and investors.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Director or Managing Director to lead origination and execution for mid-market deals (targeting companies with 10M+SaaSrevenueor

10M+SaaSrevenueor5M+ EBITDA). This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy, ideal for a proven dealmaker with strong sector relationships and a passion for mentoring junior talent.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Deal Origination: Drive new business by leveraging your network and sector expertise.

✔ Transaction Leadership: Oversee end-to-end deal execution, from pitch to close.

✔ Client Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to founders and C-level executives.

✔ Team Development: Mentor junior bankers and contribute to firm growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ 10-15+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a focus on software/SaaS or tech-enabled services.

✅ Deep vertical expertise in one or more of:

• Vertical SaaS
• Payments
• Online retail
• Professional services
• Tech-enabled business services
• ✅ Existing relationships with relevant private equity firms and strategics.
• ✅ Strong track record of leading transactions (5M–
• 5M–50M EBITDA range).
• ✅ FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• ✅ Willingness to travel as needed.
• ✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
