Locations: Los Angeles, Washington DC, New York

Experience Required: 1-3 years in investment banking

Role Summary:

Our client, an investment bank, is seeking Analysts with 1-3 years of prior investment banking experience. The team operates primarily as generalists, though candidates with sector expertise are welcome. Deal flow consists of approximately 50% equity transactions, 25% M&A, and 25% capital raising.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and analysis
• Assist in executing transactions across sectors
• Prepare pitchbooks, offering documents, and presentations
• Conduct industry and company research
• Support due diligence and deal processes

Requirements:

• 1-3 years as an investment banking analyst
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field

Locations: Positions available in LA, DC, and NYC offices.
