They achieve these benefits through solutions based on their global unique numbering and identification systems, bar codes (barcodes is one word), Electronic Product Code-based RFID, data synchronization, and electronic information exchange to identify, capture, and share trusted data that links their physical and digital supply chains.



What Our Client Needs:

Our client is looking for an Innovation Intern to support and contribute to real-world innovation initiatives. In this role, you will participate in ideation, strategy execution, data analysis, and process improvement efforts that help drive organizational impact. You’ll work on projects that apply creativity and data-driven approaches to enhance innovation within the organization.


Who You Are:

You are a curious and adaptive learner with a passion for exploring innovative ideas and finding creative solutions. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to ideation sessions, and helping to develop new strategies or improvements. You’re comfortable working with ambiguity and are eager to experiment, learn by doing, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the implementation and analysis of innovation-related projects.
  • Support daily innovation operations and contribute to process improvement efforts across departments.
  • Collect and analyze data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in ideation sessions and workshops to optimize innovation processes.
  • Collaborate with the innovation team on research, design thinking, prototyping, and additional project tasks.


This position may require up to 5% travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.


What You’ll Need:

  • Completion of at least the second year of a collegiate program.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • A problem-solving mindset with interest in analyzing data and drawing conclusions.
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • A collaborative spirit and excitement to contribute to innovation projects.
  • Genuine interest in innovation methodologies, trends, and emerging technologies.
