What Our Client Needs

We are looking for an Email and Lead Generation Senior Specialist to oversee all email communications to the organization’s community. Reporting to the Director of Digital Content Operations, this role is critical to ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time while maintaining brand compliance and supporting marketing initiatives tied to membership, products, events, and supply chain topics.

You’re a detail-oriented, analytical marketer who understands how email fits into the full customer lifecycle. You bring strong writing and editing skills, are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, and thrive in environments that value both creativity and performance. You’re confident owning campaigns end-to-end and collaborating cross-functionally to drive results.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with marketing program leads to plan and design email campaigns supporting membership, products, events, and supply chain initiatives
  • Build and launch promotional batch campaigns and automated nurture programs using Marketo
  • Manage audience segmentation based on behavior, demographics, and firmographics to improve deliverability and engagement
  • Develop and manage A/B testing strategies, including hypotheses, segmentation, creative variations, and performance analysis
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimizations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive email communications calendar aligned to content releases, promotions, and the customer journey
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and related regulations
  • Maintain email database hygiene and monitor delivery, open, and click performance
  • Develop, implement, and optimize lead scoring programs to prioritize high-value prospects
  • Analyze scoring effectiveness and support CRM integration to ensure alignment with sales campaigns
  • Execute content updates on brand and store sites
  • Support merchandising placements and manage digital assets including images, videos, and PDFs


This role operates in a hybrid work environment.


What You’ll Need

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, lead generation, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and evaluating campaign performance
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through execution
  • Experience working in agile development environments preferred
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles preferred
  • Familiarity with organizational standards and solutions a plus


What They Offer

Salary Range: $68,000 – $85,000
