What Our Client Needs:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support their Product Management team. This internship will offer exposure to product management, customer experience, and data quality practices. The intern will assist Product Owners and the Data Quality team in supporting structured processes and delivering value across various data services.

You’re a structured thinker with a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy digging into data, uncovering patterns, and asking the right questions to make sense of complex information. You’re reliable, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience working with a team that blends customer insight with technical execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather and document technical and product requirements
- Analyze and report on customer data and analytics
- Identify data errors and follow resolution processes
- Maintain project schedules and product roadmaps
- Create customer workflows and documentation
- Document findings and suggest process improvements when applicable
- Assist in the creation of product launch plans
- Participate in and summarize product and data management meetings
This internship is intended for students who have completed their third year of a collegiate program and are on track to graduate in 2026.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing data
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry, and diagramming tools
- Comfort working independently and following structured workflows
- Strong communication skills to clarify and confirm information
- Prior experience with business data systems is a plus
Learning Opportunities:
- Hands-on experience in product and data quality management
- Exposure to customer experience and customer success strategies
- Understanding of customer process flows and data management practices
- Development of data analysis and problem-solving skills
