What Our Client Needs:

A Customer Experience/Sr. Marketing Specialist to support the strategic positioning and promotion of products, driving customer engagement and ensuring a seamless path to renewal. This role will play a pivotal part in advancing product launches, supporting go-to-market strategies, and aligning marketing activities with broader business goals.

You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a variety of audiences. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Analytical by nature, you use data to inform decisions and uncover insights that drive measurable results. You’re a curious, proactive problem solver who thrives on learning and continuous improvement.

You hold a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and have experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including channel marketing and digital marketing. Your strong combination of creativity, strategy, and analytical skill allows you to deliver results that elevate the customer experience.



What You’ll Do:

You will support the organization in creating value for industries, members, prospects, and partners. Your work will drive product readiness, customer engagement, and go-to-market effectiveness—directly contributing to growth and retention goals.

Drive Product Readiness

  • Support go-to-market activities by reviewing new products and features
  • Assess impact, coordinate cross-functional marketing tasks, and support change management efforts

Support Customer Engagement Initiatives

  • Provide marketing support for acquisition and retention strategies
  • Create targeted content for multi-channel campaigns to align with program-wide goals and improve the path to renewal

Advance Email Campaign Performance

  • Build and launch email campaigns to support the customer journey
  • Develop compelling messages, execute campaigns using marketing automation tools, and analyze performance to ensure measurable results

Orchestrate Product Go-to-Market

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies grounded in customer and market insights
  • Partner across teams to secure marketing assets, PR, and channel capabilities
  • Leverage analytical data to inform strategies, track performance, and optimize execution


This position requires no travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in channel or digital marketing environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to guide decisions
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay range: $80,000–$100,000, plus participation in the annual bonus program.
