What Our Client Needs

Our client is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery, design scalable integrations, and enable enterprise adoption of their data platforms and APIs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and onboarding for strategic accounts and API customers

• Partner with internal teams to support targeted pre-sales engagements and validate complex opportunities

• Design and document repeatable integration patterns for platform and API capabilities

• Enable adoption of data platforms through API-first models and cloud-based datasets

• Improve implementation outcomes by reducing post-launch escalations and strengthening technical readiness

• Translate recurring technical challenges into scalable playbooks and onboarding standards

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and enablement resources

Travel required approximately 10–20%.


What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related experience

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical consulting

• Hands-on experience with APIs, SaaS integrations, and data platforms

• Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting enterprise customers

• Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and communication skills
