What Our Client Needs

Our client is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and execute a product roadmap for a highly technical platform. This role blends hands-on product work with team leadership and requires deep technical fluency and strong business judgment.

You are a technically strong product leader who thrives in complex environments. You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working closely with engineering teams. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and use data to guide decisions. You communicate clearly across audiences and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work.


What You’ll Do

You will lead product strategy and execution while staying closely connected to customers and technology.

  • Own and execute a product roadmap with frequent, high-impact releases
  • Lead and mentor a product team focused on delivery, ownership, and customer needs
  • Act as the voice of product across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering on architecture, integrations, performance, workflows, UX, and AI capabilities
  • Use data to guide product investments and measure success
  • Monitor industry, regulatory, and technology trends to refine strategy
  • Support sales, marketing, and customer success through product positioning and engagement
  • Promote the use of AI tools and modern workflows to improve product development


This role is primarily hands-on, with approximately 80% focused on direct product work and 20% on coaching and leading other product managers.


What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in product management and/or software engineering in enterprise software or SaaS
  • Direct experience in software development
  • Strong technical foundation with experience in architecture, integrations, and platform performance
  • Experience in device, location, or network intelligence is preferred
  • 3+ years in online gaming, betting, or similar regulated industries is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to make data-driven product decisions
  • Experience using AI tools and modern product development practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
