What Our Client Needs:
Our client is seeking a Content Marketing Writer to develop high-impact, conversion-driven content across a wide range of formats. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative writer who can craft messaging that resonates with HR, marketing, and leadership audiences while maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, leverage data to optimize content, and bring storytelling to life in ways that boost engagement, credibility, and conversions.
What You’ll Do:
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Write and edit a variety of content formats, including guides, best practices, infographics, blogs, and articles
- Assist in scripting and developing video content to enhance brand storytelling
- Maintain consistent voice, tone, and messaging across all assets
- Collaborate with marketing, research, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals
Conversion Copywriting & Optimization
- Craft high-performing landing pages, email sequences, and web content
- Conduct A/B testing to improve headlines, calls to action, and overall messaging
- Map and optimize content across customer journeys and funnels
- Develop audience-specific messaging based on ICPs and buyer personas
- Track and analyze performance data to continuously refine content
Research & Data-Driven Content
- Partner with internal teams to turn research insights into thought leadership and actionable resources
- Produce educational and credible, research-backed content
SEO & Content Optimization
- Optimize digital content using SEO best practices, including keyword research and meta descriptions
- Analyze traffic and engagement data to inform future strategies
Corporate Communications & PR
- Draft and distribute press releases to amplify brand awareness
- Support preparation of executive communications, including speeches and presentations
What You’ll Need:
- 5–7 years of B2B content writing experience with the ability to adapt style and tone
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field/experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with command of AP Style
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- Experience creating content across channels, including digital, email, and paid media
- Ability to translate research into engaging, accessible content
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and analytics tools
- Project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience using content management platforms such as WordPress
- Working knowledge of PR distribution tools like PR Web or Business Wire
- Bonus: Experience writing for HR and executive audiences
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a salary of $70,000. This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program.
