What Our Client Needs

Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Enterprise Program Management Office. This role leads complex programs and projects from start to finish while strengthening processes and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end program and project management across strategic and functional initiatives

• Assign and manage work, allocate resources, and track progress

• Report program status and risks to senior leadership

• Identify, resolve, or escalate risks related to scope, cost, schedule, and resources

• Deliver programs on time and within budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes

• Monitor deliverables and ensure milestones and deadlines are met


What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of project management or equivalent experience with demonstrated success

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams delivering projects on time and within budget

• Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

• Ability to navigate change and ambiguity effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• PMP certification preferred
