What Our Client Needs

Our client is seeking a Global Business Operations Senior Director to lead core business operations across a complex healthcare environment. This role drives process improvement, enterprise reporting, commercial excellence, and cross-functional execution to support growth, compliance, and performance.

Who You Are

You are a strategic and hands-on leader who brings structure to complexity. You improve processes, align teams, and turn business needs into clear operational plans. You collaborate effectively across matrixed organizations, communicate with executive leaders, and use data to drive decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and strengthen global business operations across commercial excellence, sales operations, fleet operations, PRC, and market intelligence
  • Identify, prioritize, and improve key business processes using Lean and process excellence methodologies
  • Define enterprise and functional KPIs with executive and functional leaders
  • Partner with IT and analytics teams to build dashboards and reporting tools
  • Support cross-functional goals, governance models, and performance monitoring
  • Serve as business owner for CRM requirements, roadmap, data standards, and release governance
  • Translate business needs into system enhancements that improve field effectiveness and data quality
  • Drive CRM adoption, training, process adherence, and KPI tracking
  • Analyze CRM and operational data to support strategy and execution
  • Lead resources supporting pricing, exceptions governance, and incentive compensation
  • Oversee strategic and operational management of the global vehicle fleet
  • Lead resources supporting PRC processes and competitive intelligence

This role includes leadership and people management responsibilities in a global, cross-functional environment. International collaboration across the U.S. and Europe is expected. Travel may be required based on business needs.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial functions within a healthcare environment
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a global or multi-country matrix organization
  • 5+ years of business operations experience in healthcare
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, Excel, and Power BI
  • Experience with process mapping, SOP development, and continuous improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma or PDCA
  • Ability to define and improve processes for efficiency and automation
  • Strong ownership, autonomy, and execution skills
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and change management skills
  • Ability to work with executive leadership and translate strategy into execution
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Experience turning analytics into actionable insights
  • International experience across the U.S. and Europe preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CRM administration or project management are a plus
