What Our Client Needs

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify organizations that can benefit from their workplace recognition and culture insights program. This role focuses on researching companies, initiating outreach, and building relationships with executives while partnering closely with Account Executives.


Who You Are

You are a motivated sales professional who enjoys research, outreach, and connecting with decision makers. You are comfortable initiating conversations, learning about business challenges, and positioning solutions that create value. You thrive in a remote environment and can work independently while collaborating with a broader sales team.


What You’ll Do

  • Research target companies and develop strategic plans to qualify potential participants through outbound outreach and marketing campaigns
  • Use tools such as power dialers to conduct high-volume sales prospecting
  • Research prospects and craft tailored value propositions based on company needs and priorities
  • Present the organization’s products and services in ways that align with each prospect’s business challenges
  • Develop communication strategies that connect prospective customers with Account Executives
  • Engage in conversations with executives and business leaders about workplace culture solutions



What You’ll Need

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience; software or technology sales preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance objectives
  • Strong interest in software and technology solutions
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Strong research skills and the ability to build targeted outreach strategies

Please Note: This role is available for remote work only in the following U.S. states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York State (excluding NYC and Long Island), Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin. If you reside outside of these locations, you will not be considered for this role.
