What Our Client Needs:

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify participants for their employment culture program. This role focuses on researching and targeting companies, understanding their challenges, and introducing how the program can positively impact culture. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, build strong relationships with prospective customers, and guide them through the qualification and participation process with confidence and clarity.


What You’ll Do:

  • Effectively research accounts and create targeted, strategic qualification plans from outbound and marketing sources
  • Research prospects online and craft tailored quantitative value propositions aligned to their specific needs
  • Deliver presentations of products and services that uniquely match each prospect’s goals
  • Develop communication strategies to connect potential customers with Account Executives
  • Engage executives confidently in dynamic conversations about products and services
  • Onboard participants into the Top Workplaces recognition program
  • Support participant registration and setup within the client’s platform
  • Adapt to each participant’s unique survey timelines and program requirements
  • Proactively identify and resolve participation issues, evaluating potential business impact
  • Track, follow through, and resolve escalated or active concerns efficiently


What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ years of B2B experience (software or tech sales preferred)
  • A demonstrated track record of achieving objectives
  • A passion for software and technology
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with peers
  • Strong research skills and the ability to develop customized outreach strategies

  • Base salary of $45,000 with an additional $10,000 annual at-risk bonus target
