What Our Client Needs:
Our client is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify participants for their employment culture program. This role is focused on researching and targeting companies, understanding their challenges, and introducing how the program can positively impact their culture. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives, build strong relationships with prospective customers, and guide them through the qualification and participation process with confidence and clarity.

This position offers a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience, skills, and the value you bring to the team. The base salary for this position is $45,000 annually with an At-Risk bonus target of $10,000 annually.
