What Our Client Needs

Our client is seeking an HR / Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to their Human Resources team. This role supports daily HR operations and helps ensure accurate recordkeeping, smooth onboarding processes, and effective internal communication.


This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and an excellent fit for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential employee information.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update employee HR records and personnel files
  • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding paperwork and processes
  • Organize and manage HR documentation in digital and physical formats
  • Perform accurate data entry into HR systems
  • Track employee attendance and leave records
  • Assist with HR communications and respond to routine employee inquiries
  • Generate standard HR reports and assist with basic HR metrics
  • Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and other administrative tasks as needed


What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college coursework in HR or a related field is a plus
  • 1–3 years of HR support experience preferred
  • Payroll and/or HRIS experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
