What Our Client Needs

Our client is seeking a Partnerships Director to expand and strengthen its partner ecosystem. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, enabling partners as a channel to market, and supporting initiatives that drive adoption of industry standards and solutions.

Who You Are

You are a strong communicator and relationship builder who can engage both technical and non-technical audiences. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You think analytically, identify growth opportunities, and align initiatives with broader business goals. You bring extensive experience in partner or alliance programs and a deep understanding of the supply chain or related industries.

What You’ll Do

You will lead efforts to grow and engage the partner ecosystem while supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while managing and growing existing relationships
  • Deliver partner programs, including content, marketing support, and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with go-to-market priorities
  • Promote adoption of solutions and standards through industry engagement and events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders
  • Support community engagement and help partners implement tools and best practices

This position may require up to 30% travel and does not include supervisory responsibilities.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • 10+ years of experience in the supply chain or related industry
  • Experience developing and managing partner or alliance programs
  • Background in technology, information services, or similar fields
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships that drive business outcomes
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
