Our client is hiring a Solutions Architect to lead enterprise platform architecture across Dynamics 365, Azure integrations, data systems, and AI-driven capabilities.

Success in this position depends on the ability to balance long-term architectural vision with near-term delivery, apply analytical thinking to design scalable and secure enterprise systems, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate brings a continuous learning mindset, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem and emerging AI technologies, along with a proven ability to integrate CRM, ERP, and data platforms into cohesive solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end architecture across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance and Operations
• Guide configuration versus customization decisions aligned with best practices
• Design and oversee Azure-based integrations using Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, and Data Factory
• Establish API-first and event-driven architecture patterns
• Identify and implement AI-driven capabilities using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and machine learning tools
• Partner with data teams to embed predictive and prescriptive insights into workflows
• Oversee platform governance, environment strategy, and lifecycle management including CI/CD pipelines
• Evaluate third-party solutions and align with platform roadmap updates
• Define enterprise data architecture standards and governance practices
• Guide master data management and ensure cross-system consistency
• Translate business strategy into a scalable multi-year technology roadmap
• Lead architectural decision-making, facilitate design sessions, and mentor technical teams
• Travel up to 5%. No supervisory responsibilities specified.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and or Finance and Operations
• Strong expertise in Azure integration services
• Experience designing enterprise architecture across CRM, ERP, and data platforms
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
