What Our Client Needs:

A Senior Product Manager E-Commerce to own the end-to-end management and optimization of the organization’s primary digital commerce channel. This individual will combine strategic ownership, data-driven execution, and cross-functional leadership to deliver a best-in-class digital experience that supports member engagement and business growth.


Who You Are:

You are a highly skilled digital product leader with experience guiding web-based products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. You bring 6–10 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in e-commerce or digital commerce environments.


You have advanced proficiency with analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely, and you use data to drive decision-making. You are an exceptional communicator who demonstrates executive presence, collaborates across functions, and delivers measurable outcomes that enhance the digital customer experience.


What You’ll Do:

You will define and execute the product strategy for the organization’s online store, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer expectations. You will maintain a clear roadmap that balances innovation, technical stability, and ROI while leveraging insights to drive conversion and retention.


Key responsibilities include:

Customer & Market Insight

  • Conduct voice-of-customer research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to uncover friction points and emerging needs

Execution & Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery processes
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality and timely releases
  • Oversee product QA and UAT to maintain a seamless user experience
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, accessibility, and payment standards

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and monitor key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Partner with data teams to establish performance dashboards and reporting
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize flows
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance store performance across traffic sources

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with marketing, customer support, engineering, and finance to deliver cohesive digital experiences
  • Align with technology and operations teams on integration roadmaps (CRM, ERP, third-party e-commerce, identity management)
  • Communicate insights and progress to executive stakeholders through quarterly reviews and dashboards


This position requires no travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.


What You’ll Need:

  • 6–10 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in e-commerce or digital commerce
  • Demonstrated success managing the full product lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, or comparable platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and backlog management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Understanding of data privacy, accessibility, and payment compliance requirements

Pay range: $110,000–$135,000, plus participation in the annual bonus program.
