What Our Client Needs
Our client is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead strategy and execution for a highly technical, compliance-driven SaaS platform. This leader will drive differentiation, scale the product function, and deliver a seamless customer experience in a complex regulatory environment.
Who You Are
You are a deeply technical product leader with prior software engineering expertise. You are comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, performance, workflows, UX, SaaS platforms, and AI-driven capabilities. You navigate complex tradeoffs with confidence and use data to guide decisions. You communicate clearly across executives, engineers, customers, and investors. You lead with ownership, rigor, and customer focus.
What You’ll Do
• Build and execute a product roadmap that delivers high-ROI releases and advances long-term vision
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team
• Serve as the voice of product across customers, partners, employees, and investors
• Partner closely with engineering on architecture, integrations, performance, workflows, UX, SaaS delivery models, and AI utilization
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform investment decisions and measure product success
• Monitor regulatory, competitive, and technology trends to refine strategy
• Support sales, marketing, and customer success with strong product positioning and enablement
• Champion modern AI tools and AI-driven workflows to improve quality and velocity
• Operate as a hands-on product leader when needed
What You’ll Need
• 15+ years of experience in product management and or software engineering across enterprise software, SaaS, or online gaming
• 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing product or engineering teams
• 5+ years in regulated online gaming, betting, or similar compliance-driven industries
• Strong technical foundation with fluency in architecture, integrations, and platform performance
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
• Proven business and financial acumen supporting product and investment decisions
• Active use of AI tools in modern product development workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
