What Our Client Needs

Our client is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide field-based clinical education, product training, and technical support for healthcare providers across Europe. This role focuses on promoting the safe and effective use of specialized medical devices and therapies while building strong relationships with clinical partners.

What You’ll Do

Support healthcare providers through education, training, and clinical expertise across your assigned territory.

  • Deliver onsite and remote product training and clinical education to healthcare providers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the assigned therapeutic area.
  • Provide technical and clinical support for medical devices and therapies.
  • Respond to clinical and product-related inquiries using approved guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Quality, Regulatory, Technical Service, Research & Development, Legal, and Commercial.
  • Gather and communicate market and competitor insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Support pharmacovigilance activities, including complaint and adverse event reporting when applicable.
  • Assist in the development of clinical education tools and training resources.
  • Provide technical support for clinical research studies and site initiations as needed.
  • Contribute to clinical publications and educational materials where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, activities, and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.

This is a full-time, remote, field-based position with travel up to 70%. Staggered working hours, on-call support, and occasional weekend work may be required. No supervisory responsibilities are specified.

What You’ll Need

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • Approximately 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in apheresis or dialysis.
  • Approximately 2 years of clinical education, training, or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong scientific and clinical knowledge.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Spanish language skills are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with sound business awareness.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
