What Our Client Needs

A field-based Clinical Specialist who delivers training, education, and clinical support across Europe to ensure the safe and effective use of medical devices.


Who You Are

You bring strong clinical expertise and technical understanding and are confident working independently in a field-based role. You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and manage your time effectively. You are curious, well-organized, and comfortable supporting healthcare professionals in complex clinical environments.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver in-person and remote training and education for healthcare professionals
  • Provide clinical and technical field support for medical devices
  • Answer clinical and therapeutic questions from healthcare professionals
  • Collect and share competitive and market intelligence from the field
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Clinical, Technical Service, Medical, Quality, Regulatory, Research and Development, Legal, and Commercial
  • Support pharmacovigilance activities, including reporting adverse events and complaints
  • Contribute to the development of training and educational materials
  • Support clinical research activities, including study initiations and scientific publications
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal initiatives and congress support
  • Document customer interactions, manage expenses, and achieve defined objectives
  • Comply with all SOPs, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws
  • Travel up to 70%. Field-based role with no direct people management responsibilities.


What You’ll Need

  • Qualification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Bachelor of Science degree required
  • Valid professional license where applicable
  • Approximately 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in apheresis or dialysis
  • Experience in clinical education, training, or clinical leadership preferred
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
  • Additional European languages are a plus
  • Strong scientific and clinical knowledge of medical devices
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand for extended periods when required
