What Our Client Needs


We are looking for a Member Support Agent to join a high-performing, customer-focused team. In this role, you will support small and medium-sized customers by delivering a seamless service experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive retention. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values service excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a seamless, high-quality service experience to customers
  • Proactively engage small and medium-sized customers through inbound calls and email communications
  • Use a consultative approach to build relationships and identify customer needs
  • Conduct thorough discovery to recommend appropriate needs-based solutions and service options
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer retention
  • Support customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through responsive and professional service


This role operates in a hybrid work environment.


What You’ll Need

  • Strong customer service skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to relationship-building and retention
