What Our Client Needs:

A Solutions Consultant to partner with Account Executives throughout the sales process. You’ll bring deep product expertise and business acumen to help prospective customers connect Energage’s platform to measurable results across hiring, engagement, performance, and retention.


What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes
  • Participate in discovery sessions to uncover needs and translate them into solution designs
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact product demos that clearly communicate Energage’s value
  • Support RFPs and proposals with solution architecture, technical inputs, and configuration suggestions
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Implementation to align expectations and capabilities
  • Stay current on product releases, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Act as a subject matter expert on behavioral science, analytics, and talent modules
  • Contribute to the improvement of demo environments, playbooks, and sales enablement tools


What You’ll Need:

  • 5–7 years in a SaaS Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering role, ideally in HR Tech or Talent Management
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences
  • Proven success delivering software demos that connect features to real business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
  • Experience with platforms like SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone, Lattice, or 15Five is a plus
  • Familiarity with behavioral science, assessments, and performance methodologies preferred
  • Comfort with configuring software or managing demo environments is a bonus
