What Our Client Needs
Our client is seeking a Global HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR functions, serve as a key employee resource, and ensure smooth, compliant HR operations across systems and processes.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and support the Learning Management System, including training assignments, reporting, and user support
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and screening
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and compliance requirements
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provide timely support or escalation
- Monitor HR and LMS inboxes and route requests as needed
- Provide on-site support for interviews, visitors, and mail coordination
- Assist with HR initiatives that support engagement and workplace culture
- Travel and supervisory responsibilities: This role does not include travel or supervisory responsibilities
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR support, or similar role
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, with Compliancewire strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate HR data
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
