What Our Client Needs

Our client is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to define positioning, shape messaging, and lead go to market efforts for new and existing offerings.


Who You Are

You are a strategic thinker who understands markets and customers. You translate insights into clear messaging. You are comfortable working cross functionally and engaging directly with customers. You are curious, analytical, and interested in using AI tools to improve how you work.


What You’ll Do

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and narrative development across offerings
  • Maintain and evolve core messaging based on market and customer insights
  • Lead go to market strategy and execution for new products and features
  • Define target customers, segments, and personas
  • Create sales and marketing materials including product videos, collateral, and playbooks
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform strategy
  • Build systems to capture voice of customer insights
  • Develop competitive materials such as battle cards and comparison content
  • Enable sales teams with messaging, training, and tools to improve win rates
  • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and align messaging
  • Support product adoption and retention through targeted campaigns
  • Measure performance of launches and campaigns across key metrics


What You’ll Need

  • 3 or more years of experience in product marketing or product management in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of market landscapes and product positioning
  • Experience creating go to market strategies and sales enablement materials
  • Ability to engage with customers and translate insights into action
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience with HR technology, design tools, marketing automation platforms, or Salesforce is a plus

Please Note: This role is available for remote work only in the following U.S. States: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York State excluding NYC and Long Island, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin. If you reside outside of these locations, you will not be considered for this role.
