About the Job: We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Ohio and Southwest Pennsylvania regions. This remote position involves executing a strategic plan to expand the dealer network and strengthen relationships with existing partners in the outdoor living industry. The successful candidate will represent premium products such as fire pit burners, outdoor fireplaces, grills, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor heating solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by building partnerships with existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong B2B relationships with decision-makers, including brick-and-mortar retailers, specialized home builders, and contractors.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor business plans for the territory, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Serve as the product expert, delivering technical training and support to dealers to enhance their knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Attend dealer events, regional trade shows, and national expos to promote products and foster new relationships.
  • Provide responsive, solution-oriented customer service to strengthen dealer satisfaction and loyalty.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in account management or territory sales, with success in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in multi-tier distribution & product sales is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including scheduling appointments and managing overnight travel. Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.


Work Environment:

This is a remote, travel-focused role. You will be on the road regularly, visiting clients, prospects, and attending events. Company vehicle is provided. Territory is Southwest Pennsylvania & the state of Ohio.


Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 base salary + Commission. Expected year-1 total compensation earnings of $110,000 - $120,000.
