About the Job: The Trade Planning Manager will support pricing, trade management, forecasting inputs, and revenue optimization across all foodservice channels, including K-12, B&I, Distribution, and Re-Distribution. This role partners closely with Sales and Revenue Management to maintain accurate pricing, manage trade budgets, and ensure the business has clear visibility into true net pricing and profitability. It is a hands-on, high-impact role well suited for someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems, and driving clarity in a complex channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer price lists, trade spend data, and promotional activity within Dynamics and Exceedra / reporting tools.
- Coordinate the annual trade budget, monitor accruals, and support pricing and profitability decisions by analyzing deviated pricing, rebates, and cost-to-serve inputs.
- Provide trade and pricing inputs for financial forecasts, supply chain planning, and commercial reviews; prepare performance reports, business reviews, and ad hoc analytics for Sales and senior leadership.
- Support ongoing systems improvement efforts and help drive automation as the team evaluates future tools, including Salesforce.
- Partner closely with Sales and broker analysts to ensure pricing execution, deduction accuracy, and consistent management of trade events.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in revenue management, pricing, trade, FP&A, or a related analytical role; CPG foodservice experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and technical abilities with experience in ERP, TPM, and reporting systems (Dynamics 365, Exceedra/Telus, Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and operate with urgency.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-growing business.

Compensation: $120,000–$135,000 + bonus potential
