About the Role: The Director of Information Technology will partner with executive leadership to modernize systems, improve ERP utilization & effectiveness, and develop the company’s IT roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of IT leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience optimizing ERP platforms and enterprise systems
• Proven background building and leading high-performing IT teams

Job Status: Direct hire. Onsite in Buffalo, NY.

Compensation: $165,000 - $180,000+
