About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Automation Engineering Manager to lead automation, controls, and capital expansion projects at our client's manufacturing facility. This role combines hands-on engineering and project leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.

Key responsibilities include:

·      Lead electrical/automation projects, including system upgrades and new installations.

·      Design, implement, and maintain PLC, HMI, VFD, and power distribution systems.

·      Troubleshoot complex electrical/control issues and minimize downtime.

·      Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E).

·      Manage project execution, budgets, and schedules.

·      Mentor technicians and engineers, driving continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related).

·      7+ years in manufacturing with electrical/automation systems.

·      Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, and power distribution.

·      Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation experience preferred.

·      Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

·      Must be willing to travel to support new plants.

Compensation: $130,000-$145,000
