The Company: Our client is a large regional corporation with multiple locations and a dynamic leadership team driving an aggressive growth strategy to expand their company.


The Position: This is a long term contract role to help the HR organization advance multiple projects through the design of a new change management office to address these key initiatives:


-Evaluating AI tools and implementation for Talent, Engagement, Performance

-Framework for performance management from setting objectives and 2x2 feedback to coaching and rewards

-Succession and talent planning

-Assisting in redesign of JDs and salary matrix and grading structure

-Process and systems improvements to establish a KPI framework for HR and scorecards

-Create the process roadmap and work flows to establish and mange these initiatives and produce useful reporting for management



Experience:


-10-15 years of corporate HR experience leading programs and change management around People, Technology, Total Rewards and HRIS

-Strong project management background and able to pull together and deploy teams and resources to achieve organizational goals

-BSBA in HR/Business - MBA of PMP highly desired

-5+ years in a senior leadership role helping to plan and implement strategy

-Excellent systems and report writing skills


Salary: $100-120/hr


Work Style: On-site with flexibility on hours/week allocated


Term: 9-12 month commitment
