About the Job: The Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and cost accounting while supporting the CFO in building scalable processes for a rapidly expanding manufacturing environment. This role requires strong GAAP knowledge, cost accounting expertise, and the ability to partner closely with operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and general ledger accuracy.
• Lead cost accounting, including standard costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and management reports for leadership.
• Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing performance and drive efficiency.
• Support ERP use and improvements, ensuring data integrity and better reporting.
• Mentor accounting staff and help develop a scalable finance structure.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting and GAAP knowledge.
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Salary: $140,000 – $150,000
