About the Job: The Senior Accountant will support financial reporting, cost accounting, month-end close, and budgeting activities. This role ensures accuracy of financial data, provides analysis for decision-making, and supports process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cost accounting, including inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Support month-end close and audit processes.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial controls.
• Collaborate with operations to analyze results and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Assist with ERP system use and improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting.
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000
