About the Company: Our client, a highly regarded 5-Star skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Western New York, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to support their growing Rehab and Short Stay programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to short-term rehab and skilled nursing patients
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Supervise CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Support care planning and physician rounds

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NYS RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (not required)

Compensation: $38–$41/hour (experience based)

• Evening and night shift differentials
• Excellent nurse-to-patient ratios (typically 9–12:1)
