About the Role: We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support day-to-day operations for a Buffalo based organization. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on supporting daily production runs. The individual in this position will assist with preparing, producing, and packaging product while maintaining a clean and organized production environment. From time to time, this person may also be asked to assist with local deliveries using a company box truck

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily production runs, including preparation, processing, and packaging of products
• Follow production procedures and food safety guidelines during all manufacturing activities
• Prepare finished product for shipment or delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
• Support occasional local deliveries using a company box truck when needed
• Assist the team with general production and operational tasks as required

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
• Food production experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for occasional deliveries)
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a hands-on production setting
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a small team

Job Status: Direct Hire. Onsite in Buffalo, NY

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Compensation: $17 - 18/hour
