About the Job: The Division Vice President will lead the division’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with broader group and enterprise strategies. This role involves overseeing the division’s profit and loss by managing its budget, long-range planning, and resource allocation to meet or exceed financial targets. As part of the leadership team, the Division VP will contribute to growth strategies, business initiatives, and talent development. Additionally, the Division VP will:


  • Formulate and implement a strategic growth and profitability plan
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, quarterly reviews, and monthly financial reporting processes, presenting the division’s performance to the executive leadership team.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure success and identify new opportunities for the division.
  • Contribute to high-level decision-making and management across the group, fostering strong working relationships with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
  • Manage and develop high-performing leaders by coaching, creating opportunities and setting clear performance expectations.
  • Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing P&L, manufacturing operations, strategic initiatives and talent development.
  • Global manufacturing experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Combination of technical knowledge and ability to build relationships across disciplines
  • Experience leading large teams and driving change
  • Self-driven team player who creates opportunity in all they manage and direct. 

 

Salary: $295,000 - $315,000 base salary plus bonus and incentives.

 

Travel: US and international travel estimated at 15%
