About the Job: The Senior Accountant manages day-to-day accounting activities with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while supporting broader accounting operations. This role ensures timely transaction processing, accurate financial records, and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process vendor invoices, maintain vendor records, and manage payment runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and monitor A/P aging
• Generate and send customer invoices and apply incoming payments
• Track and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Support reporting, sales tax filings, and other accounting projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with A/P, A/R, and general ledger accounting
• Proficiency with accounting software and strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary plus benefits. Exact compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
