The Company: Our client is a highly successful consumer products company with national operations and multiple locations looking to aggressively expanding its mfg. operations and scope of business.


The Job: The Vice President of Human Resources will lead the people strategy as part of the executive leadership team to drive a significant investment in talent acquisition and development, total rewards and structured training from the ground up to promote a culture of opportunity and advancement. The VP will lead teams to implement learning, evaluate programs, facilitate leadership development and create a high performing organization that will help the company achieve its growth objectives in the short and long term.

Minimum Requirements:

*20 years senior HR leadership experience in a multiple plant mfg. setting

*BSBA and MS/MBA in business and human resources management

*Strong OD and training background

*Outstanding written and personal communication skills

*Hands-on approach to leading projects and meeting challenges

*Experience developing and implementing strategic company initiatives

 

Salary: $200k+
