About the Job: Working closely with the CEO, you will provide leadership and guidance over all company administrative, financial and risk management areas as well as be intimately involved in all company operations and manufacturing processes and strategy with an acute focus on people, performance and growth.

 

It is imperative you bring a Lean mindset to your work and have had impactful experiences driving value and growth in your prior assignments through process improvement, staff assessment/development and strategic planning. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a company poised to move to the next level as it significantly grows outside of the US.


Key Competencies

 

  • Drive strategic plans and programs and advise on impact of long-range planning
  • Deliver analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to Board and CEO
  • Enhance or develop, and implement processes and policies to improve overall effectiveness
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues
  • Evaluation of potential acquisitions and/or mergers and pension funds and investments.
  • Cash management/forecasting and reporting mechanism for operations planning
  • Contract advisor for financial and legal perspective and coordinate with legal resources
  • Lead and create performance management plans and metrics
  • Bring a data-oriented approach to business operations to create better value through implementing KPIs and other tools for better business information

 

Education/Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business and MBA, MS or CPA
  • Manufacturing finance experience
  • 15+ years of supervisory and strong leadership skills
  • Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems
  • Well-versed in contract law and risk management
  • Strong HR and employee relations experience
  • Thorough understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
  • Lean approach to process improvement and driving value

Salary: $230,000+


Job Style: On-site


Travel: 10%
