About the Job:The Technical Sales & Project Specialist plays a key role in supporting customers, managing projects, and driving operational efficiency. This position blends technical problem-solving, customer support, project coordination, and sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Domestic and international travel is required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers.
• Coordinate and manage multiple domestic and international projects.
• Develop sales and marketing materials to support business growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Process purchase orders, maintain accurate data, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer and business objectives.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales support or project focused roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Technical aptitude and customer-facing experience are preferred.

Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 base salary + bonus incentives

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (in-person)
