About the Job: The Electrical Engineering Supervisor oversees the staff, safety, and productivity of the Electrical Engineering Department. This management level position also includes responsibility for productivity, volume, budget adherence, quality, technology innovation, staff development, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure designs and installations meet all applicable codes.
- Work closely with Project Management, Customers, and Supply Chain Partners to execute orders efficiently and profitably from initial specifications, design, procurement, test, programming, installation, commissioning, and optimization.
- Work closely with the Service Department and directly with Customers to promote and deliver after-Sales support, training, and customizations.
- Devise and maintain a system of data management that aligns with overall Company strategies to ensure that working data and as-sold data is secure, organized, and properly maintained.
- Work in a highly organized and efficient manner with a very customer-centric focus.
Education/Experience
- An entrepreneurial spirit is essential. You must be a person who is motivated to get things done, done well, on time, and as efficiently as possible, with minimum resources
- Finding solutions to the most improbable challenges must motivate you
- Very strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
- Advanced computer skills, such as; PC OS/admin, installing/repairing networks, and similar skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Any formal safety training preferred. Must have a clean safety record
- You must be highly self-motivated
- Being an effective and convincing leader
- Experience with change management and change management processes
- Proven track record of leadership, communication, and career growth
Salary: $115,000-$130,000
Job Style: On-site
Travel: Travel up to 20%, including internationally.
