The Difference You Will Make:

  • The company is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join the Business Organization team. 
  • This role will report to a Director in the business org and is a full-time remote position.
  • With so much going on in so many places, we need an experienced organizational and administrative professional to join the team.

 

A Typical Day:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple Business organization leaders. 
  • This includes calendar management, travel and expense management, meeting preparation, and coordinating office access. 
  • Act as a thought partner to lead and strategically align leader calendar with their priorities.
  • Work closely with Senior Business Partners on tasks and projects as needed. 
  • Coordinate and participate in team events, culture, and recognition moments.
  • Build effective relationships across the Administrative Community and with other teams across the company as necessary.


Skills: 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality 
  • Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging.
  • Acute attention to detail and follow through, high-level of organization
  • Google Suite


The hiring range for this position is $45 to $51 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
