Project Engineering Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Engineering Coordinator to support engineering and project teams by ensuring schedules, milestones, and deliverables stay on track. This role is key in keeping projects organized, driving accountability, and maintaining clear communication across multiple stakeholders.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and update project schedules, milestones, and timelines
• Track action items, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure completion
• Manage asset lists, deficiency logs, and prioritization trackers
• Support reporting with accurate status updates and monthly summaries
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
• Partner with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and progress
• Use Excel extensively for tracking, reporting, and data management

Job requirements:

• Education: BS in engineering or construction
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

•  Strong coordination and communication skills across teams
• Intermediate Excel skills (tracking, reporting, spreadsheets)
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in engineering, construction, facilities, or technical projects preferred

The hiring range for this position is $50.00 to $65.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
