  • The Administrative Assistant III will work in team-oriented environment. 
  • The Administrative Assistant III responsibilities will include processing invoices and pay vouchers, E-filing and monitoring budget and cost of Capital, O&M, and Reimbursable projects.  
  • The ideal candidate will review invoices, make payments, track project status by Excel in a timely manner, work collaboratively with coworkers, perform administrative duties, and demonstrate critical thinking skills.  
  • The Administrative Assistant III will prioritize work assignments. 
  • Must be detail orient and have strong communication skills. 


Additional duties include:

  • Assist in documenting process and procedures for Team Manager. 
  • Assist Team Manager in preparing project reporting to Finance. 
  • Assist in preparing procedure and process training utilizing power point.


Experience Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or general education test (GED) and six years of relevant experience; or associate degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience; or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience; or two years in an Administrative Assistant II classification. 


KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSING:

  • Administrative procedures and systems; methods and techniques of data collection, analysis, research, and report preparation; budgeting and basic financial concepts; and current office technology and equipment.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABIILITIES TO:

  • Make arithmetic computations with speed and accuracy; and interpret business policies and procedures; use independent judgment and exercise discretion; problem solve; prioritize and multi-task; communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work; work independently and in a team environment; operate office equipment including computers and supporting applications; make arithmetic computations with speed and accuracy; and apply business policies and procedures.
  • Personable, Team Player, Flexible, Multitask and handles pressure well.
  • Detail-oriented, Organized, Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills a must.

The hiring range for this position is $43 to $47 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
