Duties:

  • The Supply organisation plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion efforts worldwide. 
  • This team recruits and develops the company’s global supply of high-quality stays, Experiences, and Services. 
  • With this focus on quality supply and international expansion, the team is leading the way for the company’s continued growth and facilitation of millions more host and guest connections. 
  • Within Supply, the Accessibility workstream helps make travel more inclusive by improving the accuracy and quality of accessibility information across listings so that guests with disabilities can more confidently find stays that meet their needs.

 

The Difference You Will Make:

  • As an Accessibility Supply Operations Manager (Contractor), you will be responsible for building and scaling operational programs that improve the accuracy and completeness of accessibility features on company listings. 
  • You will execute workflows that collect and verify accessibility information from listings for specific supply initiatives, partnering closely with Host Engagement, Media Operations, Host Community, Analytics and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Your work will directly impact guest trust and booking confidence, while enabling scalable operations that can expand across markets and supply segments. 
  • Your attention to detail, ability to operate in ambiguity, and strong operational rigour will be critical to success in this role.

A Typical Day:

  • Drive targeted supply initiatives ahead of major events to increase supply for guests with accessibility needs.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate accessibility content into existing supply workstreams, and work with cross functional teams to develop relevant, actionable accessibility guidance for hosts to increase feature adoption.
  • Work with the Media Operations team to leverage professional photo shoots to capture accessibility features for specific supply initiatives, with a view to scaling this more broadly if quality, accuracy and cost efficiency can be maintained.
  • Identify and support new hosts from the disability community by building targeted outreach and onboarding processes that reduce friction, improve trust, and increase supply with accessibility features.
  • Support the Vetting Team to optimise the accessibility vetting funnel with host engagement tactics and incorporating AI to improve validation efficiency and throughput.


Skills: Your Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, supply operations, or similar roles (marketplace experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational workflows with measurable improvements in quality and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex problems into structured plans and provide leadership team level updates.
  • Experience with QA programs, process documentation, and operational tooling; vendor management experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience with accessibility concepts and links to the disability community is a plus.


Education: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.  


The hiring range for this position is $45 to $51 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
