The Community You Will Join:

  • The Global Events Partnerships team is part of the Partnerships and Business Development Team. 
  • The remit of the team is to build a centralized, scalable Events Partnerships Model that deploys all of company efforts around our event partnerships holistically and intentionally to drive business results and create community connections. 

 

The Difference You Will Make:

  • The Senior Programs Operations Manager role is responsible for supporting the partnerships leads on the management and activation of select event partnerships. 
  • This role will lead the development of program plans, design select partnership operating systems, deliver the tracking and reporting for event partnerships and support specific strategic initiatives that run across partnerships, such as scaling booking integrations with event partners.  
  • As event partnerships and pilot programs become more mature, this role will build out operations and processes to help the team deliver more with less.

 

A Typical Day:  

  • Own and champion strong operational mindedness across all Events globally.
  • Own and develop the overall operating system for select partnerships. 
  • Including the creation of plans, schedules, budgets, logistics (including on-location), resources, assets, and other Event relevant needs.
  • Drive consistency and accountability with cross-functional leads to deliver a series of playbooks, guidelines and roadmap for templatable / scalable assets. 
  • Detail oriented development of operational elements with XFN leads. 
  • Maintain timelines and deadlines associated with this development. 
  • Update at least quarterly based upon latest findings and results. 
  • As needed, provide global training 
  • Own delivery of all leadership and cross-functional reporting. 
  • Communicate findings and key metrics to leadership and influence teams to act on these findings and consistently achieve OKRs (objectives and key results).


Skills: Your Expertise:

  • Minimum 8 years experience managing moderate sized projects/programs from initiation to launch within complex operating environments 
  • Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external teams and responsibilities simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ownership mindset with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive forward growth projects 
  • Strong knowledge in program/portfolio management tools (Atlassian Suite, Asana, etc) 
  • Outstanding working knowledge of project/program management principles and techniques 
  • Demonstrated track record working on ambiguous and unpredictable programs and creating structure and consistency 
  • Strong situational awareness and critical thinking 
  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems 
  • Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization


The hiring range for this position is $79 to $89 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
