8663 High Risk Incident Coordinator

Duties: 

  • As a High-Risk Incident Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting retrospective analyses of the most severe online and offline incidents in relation to the operability of current state Trust defenses. 
  • Your main objective will be to identify and inform potential remediation opportunities and provide insights into future Trust defense expansion capabilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform retrospective investigative reviews of severe incidents to analyze the effectiveness of current Trust defenses. 
  • Identify potential remediation opportunities and recommend appropriate actions to improve Trust defenses. 
  • Provide insights and feedback to Trust experts for future expansion capabilities.
  • Collaborate with individuals and teams across the Trust organization to ensure comprehensive analysis and remediation. 
  • Assist in the management and coordination of remediation efforts for identified issues. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of Trust Rapid Response (TRR) reviews on the prioritized Trust planned work. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of TRR processes, findings, and recommendations.

 

Skills: 

  • 5-7+ years of proven experience in Planning, Operations, or Consulting roles preferred. 
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools, specifically Airtable (and others, including Asana, Confluence, and Jira). 
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), including formulas for automation. 
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups and stakeholders is imperative. 
  • Familiarity with communication tools including Slack, Gmail, and Zoom. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends in incident data.



The hiring range for this position is $44 to $52 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
