Job Summary

• We're looking for a UX Content Strategist to join our Experience Design team. 
• In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the voice, tone, and content strategy for our products, ensuring that every user interaction is clear, helpful, and engaging.
• You'll collaborate closely with designers, researchers, marketers and engineers throughout the entire product development lifecycle. 
• You'll translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive language, helping to define our brand's personality and build trust with our users.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for new and existing products. 20%
• Write and edit clear, concise, and compelling copy for user interfaces, including buttons, labels, error messages, and onboarding flows.20%
• Conduct content audits and competitor analyses to identify opportunities for improvement. 20%
• Collaborate with UX researchers to test content and gather user feedback. 20%
• Work with our design system team to define and maintain content guidelines, including voice and tone principles. 15%
• Educate stakeholders on the value of UX writing and content strategy. 5%
• This role sits within the experience design team and will support a range of internal and externally facing digital experiences (ex. websites, campaigns, UX research collateral, etc.).

Education 

• Bachelors degree.

Main Accountabilities & Required Qualifications 

• You have a portfolio demonstrating your experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a related field. 
• You're an expert in simplifying complex topics and have a knack for turning jargon into plain language.
• You understand the user-centered design process and can articulate the rationale behind your content decisions. 
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• You're a self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and can proactively identify content needs. 
• You're passionate about creating great user experiences and have an appreciation for both the big picture and the smallest details.

Preferred Qualifications or Familiarity

• Experience with defining standards and contributing to a design system. 
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.

Working Conditions

• Willingness and ability to travel, up to 15% (occasionally)

The hiring range for this position is $81 -$91 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
