The Project Controls Systems Analyst will support PMIS and Dashboard work. The role would provide professional analytical and implementation support across PMIS, portfolio dashboards, reporting, data quality, process improvements, user adoption, and project controls governance.
Key Responsibilities
The position is accountable for the following core areas:

PMIS Operations: Support project setup, updates, phase changes, closeout, access, roles, permissions, workflows, and accurate maintenance of portfolio-reporting attributes.

User and System Support: Investigate access, navigation, workflow, and system issues and coordinate resolution with business stakeholders, IT, and technology service providers.

Dashboard and Reporting: Translate stakeholder needs into dashboard requirements and business rules; support development, testing, validation, publishing, and release management.

Data Quality: Reconcile PMIS, SAP, schedule, cost, and reporting data; identify exceptions, coordinate corrections, and establish controls before leadership reporting.

Requirements and Process Improvement: Facilitate discovery sessions, document current- and future-state workflows, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized enhancement backlog.

Workstream Management: Coordinate service providers and technical workstreams; track priorities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, hours, and unresolved issues.

Portfolio Reporting: Prepare and quality-check recurring portfolio materials, confirm alignment with validated source data, and maintain decisions and action items.

Training and Adoption: Develop user guides and training materials, support onboarding and refresher sessions, and communicate approved system and process changes.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel – Intermediate.
- Must be comfortable with producing spreadsheets, using accounting data formulas, pivot tables and charts.
- PowerBI dashboard reporting.
- SAP S4/HANA experience.
- 5-10 years of project cost, project engineering, and/or project scheduling experience.
- PMIS experience (e-Builder / Procore, etc.).
- Project controls, cost estimating, risk management and/or contract management a plus.
The hiring range for this position is $70 to $85 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
