Duties
- The company Services is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to join the Services revenue operations team.
- This role will be central in shaping how we measure, manage, and accelerate performance across acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
- You will build foundational dashboards and data frameworks, enabling the team to operate with clarity, speed, and confidence.
- Your insights will directly inform C-level decisions and help define how we scale Services at the company.
Responsibilities
- Performance Measurement & Insights
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking acquisition, onboarding, and retention program performance.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards that provide real-time visibility into business health and funnel performance.
- Analyze funnel conversion rates, drop-off points, and program effectiveness, making recommendations to improve impact and efficiency.
Executive Decision Support
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Deliver concise, data-backed narratives that frame opportunities, challenges, and outcomes.
- Provide regular business performance reviews, including forecasts, pacing, and gap-to-goal analysis.
Data Infrastructure & Automation
- Build and scale automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure data quality, availability, and integrity.
- Own SQL-based querying, data wrangling, and transformations for complex datasets.
- Business & Program Support
- Support cross-functional teams (RevOps, Field Ops, Marketing, and other teams) with ad hoc analysis and insights.
- Create scalable frameworks for program evaluation and reporting.
- Partner with program managers to identify the right success metrics for pilots and new initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis, data visualization).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau).
- Experience with data automation and workflow tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, or similar).
- Comfort with data engineering concepts (schemas, joins, pipelines, ETL).
Analytical & Communication Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights in written format.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to “tell the story” behind the numbers.
- Proven ability to distill complex analyses for non-technical, senior stakeholders.
Business Experience
- Experience building or analyzing sales funnels (acquisition → conversion → retention).
- Familiarity with growth, marketing, or operations analytics.
- Understanding of marketplace dynamics and supply/demand balance is a plus.
- Experience with program evaluation and ROI measurement.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience
- Prior experience in a high-growth or platform/marketplace business.
- Familiarity with RevOps or services/sales program management.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where speed and clarity matter.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.

The hiring range for this position is $93 to $103 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
