Our client, a leading force in Modeling, Simulation, and Training (MS&T), is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide top-tier support for their simulation customers. What Youโll Be Doing:
๐น Manage customer cases in CRM, ensuring timely support and follow-ups.
๐น Provide remote IT support, including software deployment and troubleshooting.
๐น Work with cloud simulators, classroom deployments, and maintenance.
๐น Analyze and resolve issues, escalating to Project Engineers, R&D, or TAMs as needed.
๐น Participate in simulator installations and services for hands-on training.
๐น Conduct technical training for engineers and partners, both in person and online.
What You Bring to the Team:
โ Diploma in Engineering, IT/Networking, or Electrical/Electronics Technology.
โ 3+ years of experience in simulator installations or IT services support.
โ Strong problem-solving, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
โ Fluent in English (written & spoken).
โ Ability to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale.
