Overview
Engenium Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Lead / Instructor to support UH-60L Operational Flight Trainer (OTF) operations in Saudi Arabia. This position plays a critical role in supporting simulator readiness, pilot training, and operational excellence for international aviation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate simulator scheduling and training activities with supported aviation units.
- Prepare and submit monthly flight hour utilization and scheduling reports.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight simulator inspections, ensuring full operational readiness.
- Track and maintain simulator flight records in accordance with military or host-nation standards.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for simulator operations and training.
- Deliver high-fidelity instruction in aircraft systems, instrument flight, mission scenarios, flight management, and emergency procedures.
- Provide IOS (Instructor Operator Station) support, including fault insertion, mission setup, ATC services, and weather control.
- Conduct pilot instruction, evaluation, and debriefing in accordance with applicable aircrew training manuals and aviation standards.
- Maintain proficiency in day, night, and NVG operations.
- Recommend and support updates to simulator hardware, software, and courseware to enhance performance and training effectiveness.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for UH-60L simulator training programs and provide guidance on operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Certified Instructor Pilot with recent UH-60L OFT operational experience (within the past three years).
- Demonstrated IOS (Instructor Operator Station) proficiency.
- Minimum of 10 years of supervisory or program management experience within the simulation or aviation training sector.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating with military or international aviation organizations.
- Valid passport and driver’s license required.
